• Tiger HPNL Hart Sapphire/Ruby Training partners and Emerald athletes have automatic nomination eligibility
• MDNA Rep athletes from 2024 have automatic nomination eligibility
• All other athletes must have played Open Division 1 Saturday club competition at MDNA during the 2024 club season or
• Athletes in other Opens divisions of 2024 MDNA Saturday club competition,
may be accepted to trial if nominated by their club coaching convener and such nomination is accepted
by the Pathways Coordinator
• Athletes new to MDNA may apply to nominate prior to the first trial date noting their playing history and
all relevant details. This request can be sent to pathways@mdna.com.au for consideration. If approved, the athlete may proceed to nominate.
Athletes must commit to all trial dates except in extenuating circumstances such as illness or injury for which
a medical certificate may need to be produced.
Athletes who do not play club netball on a Saturday at MDNA, must commit to 10 volunteer hours
throughout the season. This can include, but is not limited to, such things as coaching or assisting with
coaching a MDNA registered club team, MDNA Net Set Go Program (Saturday morning) sessions or the
MDNA 11DP (11 Years Development Program) sessions (currently under development). Requests for
volunteer activities outside of these listed, and to have volunteer hours signed off, athletes are to contact pathways@mdna.com.au
