Woolworths NetSetGo Program 2026

MDNA Woolworths NetSetGO is an introductory Netball Program for girls and boys aged 5yrs (born 2021) and 6yrs (born 2020) ONLY. The program offers an opportunity for children to increase their social and motor skills in a friendly and fun environment. It creates a quality first experience of netball for each participant and builds pathways into local netball clubs to encourage continued involvement in the sport.
Venue: Metropolitan Districts Netball Association, Wembley Park, cnr Burke and Robinson Street, Coorparoo. 4151.

2026 PROGRAM REGISTRATION & FEES

The cost for the eight week program is $165 and includes a Woolworths NetSetGO participation pack.

Please note: Your selected NSG Pack will be delivered to the address on your Netball Connect Profile.

Registrations open 30 March 2026, close 21/5/26 or earlier if maximum number of participants is reached (70).

HOW TO ORDER YOUR TSHIRT SIZE
You will receive a Tshirt as part of your registration fee from Netball Australia.
To order and select the T shirt size for your participant pack during the registration process -
Click on the “edit pen” beside the NetSetGo Pack, a popup box will appear – select the T shirt size

Players Turning 7 - 10yrs

Children turning 7 -10yrs in 2026 are unfortunately not eligible for this program. They are able to register with a club and participate in the MDNA Saturday Competition. No netball experience is necessary. This involves training one afternoon a week and a game each Saturday morning during the 14 week season.

Exception - Children turning 7yrs (born 2019) may be able to register if any spots remain unfilled the week prior to the start of the program. If you would like to place your child on the wait list please contact us at the office; office@mdna.com.au

DATES

The 2026 Woolworths NetSetGO 8 week program runs for an hour on Saturdays, commencing at midday on the following dates:

Week 1	30 May	Week 5	18 July
Week 2	6 June	Week 6	25 July
Week 3	13 June	Week 7	1 August
Week 4	20 June	Week 8	8 August **End of Program Celebration

SESSION DETAILS

Participants to arrive by 11.45am, midday start, 1hr session.
Assemble on grass court # 9 each Saturday.
Wear play clothes and sandshoes/joggers and a hat.
Bring a water bottle and apply sunscreen.

Participants will be placed into groups of approx. 10 and taken through a variety of netball based skills by 2 Team Leaders who are experienced volunteer coaches / netballers.
